Recently, the launch ceremony of the Inner Mongolia 2023 Promotion Week for the Law on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases was held in Dalu New Area, Jungar Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. At the event, Zhungeer Energy Equipment Maintenance and Repair Center was listed among the autonomous region’s first batch of “healthy enterprises”.
For a long time, the center has been committed to building a healthy enterprise. To this end, it has endeavored to fulfill its responsibility as a health management entity, and formulated 21 health management documents including Methods of the Equipment Maintenance and Repair Center on Improving Mental Health of Employees and Responsibility System for Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases. Since its establishment, the center has maintained 100% coverage of vocational health inspection and 100% passing of occupational hazard inspection, and achieved zero occurrence of occupational diseases and incidents. Moreover, the center continues promoting coordinated development between employee health and corporate wellness. It has built standardized factories equipped with advanced integrated heating, ventilation and air purification system and environmentally friendly optical fiber lighting system. Moreover, based on the needs of employees, it has equipped workplaces with devices such as pulsed cartridge dust collectors and eye syringes to guarantee the health of its employees.
In addition, the center has a psychological consulting room and a female worker lounge and provides first-aid kits and health monitoring devices such as blood pressure meters and weight scales. It also organizes activities such as the Occupational Health Expert Competition, Promotion Week for the Law on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases and the Ankang Cup contest on a regular manner. The center is making every effort to guarantee the health of its employees.
