On May 17, China Energy Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. held an Open Day event themed “Walk into China Energy and Rise Together”, with an aim to build its brand influence. The event invited the families of representatives from manufacturing partners as well as teachers and students of Bohai New District Middle School to visit its Cangzhou branch to understand the company’s brand philosophy of “reform, innovation, integration, sustainability, equality and sharing”. Participants also experienced the company’s corporate culture and development achievements. The event highlighted the company’s social value and helped it establish a good public image.
The Open Day event started with a VR experience themed on safety education. After the staff explained the safety tips, the visitors experienced dozens of VR-based emergency scenarios such as electric shock injuries and falling from heights. Subsequently, under the guidance of the staff, they visited the locomotive maintenance and vehicle maintenance workshops, where they witnessed equipment such as intelligent disassembly devices for large bogie parts and intelligent robots for brake beam production. The event also demonstrated the company’s locomotive maintenance information management system, enabling visitors to learn about the locomotive maintenance and vehicle maintenance process, gain a direct understanding of the company, and have an up-close experience of the far-reaching impact of scientific and technological innovation on economic development.
The event also facilitated face-to-face communication between the company and its partners, local schools and community residents. It also publicized China Energy’s efforts to actively fulfill its ESG responsibilities, further enhanced the public’s awareness and trust in China Energy, increased the company’s brand influence and market competitiveness, and promoted the shared vision of “Promoting energy sustainability for a better world”.
