Recently, Motoring Coal Storage Field in Shengli Energy Mine Area is so bustling that trucks loaded with "heart-warming coals" orderly drive from the mine area to the nearby Baoligan Sumu, Yillet Gacha, making every effort to ensure that the herdsmen have heating coal in winter.
To promote effectively the "heart-warming coals" project in a deep and practical way, the company made early arrangements and deployment to conduct a mapping survey of the coal usage in Yillet Gacha in winter, understand the heating status of the herdsmen, gather coal demand statistics, and make sure that "every household and person can use the coal for heating in winter". It made an implementation plan for the "heart-warming coals" donation work in the first place, and took the mode of "staggered transportation, and production & transportation connection" to set up strategic passes such as one vehicle one document, strict admission verification, tonnage approval, bill recovery and unloading coal into households, while guaranteeing safe production and strict implementation of pandemic prevention & control. Winter coal transportation and household availability information are studied and judged in real time by means of "daily scheduling" to bring 3500 tons of coal safely and efficiently to 175 herding households in Gacha, addressing the "coal" needs of the herding households.
Taking into account the actual production and operation, the company has always been conducting an all-round study and investigation at the grassroots level to customize a series of "warm winter packages". It has delivered a total of more than 16,000 tons of "heart-warming coals" to herdsmen in Gacha continuously for 8 years, and provided with electricity and upgraded agricultural power grid of 4.1 kilometers for 9 households without constant electric by investing RMB 3.5 million for heating electricity needs. The decision-making deployment of the warm winter does not only bring about greater happiness for the herdsmen, but also contribute to more harmonious relationship among local enterprises.
