As of July 12, CHN Energy Jinjie Company’s accumulative power generation for the year surpassed 10.067 billion kWh, with an annual unit utilization rate of 2,706.45 hours, steadily supporting the Company’s consistent progress of its annual production targets.
Since the beginning of 2025, the Company has actively responded to market pressures by increasing marketing efforts, strengthening lean management, and accelerating the pace to catch up with power supply. During the critical peak summer period for power supply, it closely monitors weather changes and supply-demand dynamics, predicts market trends in advance, and enhances communication with the grid. By focusing on the planned generation curves and real-time load of the units, the Company ensures weekly target fulfillment by completing daily tasks, ensures monthly target fulfillment by completing weekly tasks, and ensures yearly target fulfillment by completing monthly tasks to optimize load rates and market share. In response to seasonal peak demand and recent high temperatures and heavy rainfall, all six units operated at full capacity, striving to maximize power generation efficiency safely.
In addition, the Company rigorously implemented the three-level workplace safety accountability system, strengthened management of “Three Tickets and Three Systems”, and actively organized activities including “Prevention of Three Violations” and “Prevention of Three Delays”. The Company standardized production & management procedures, reinforced safety accountability of each position, increased inspection frequency for equipment, and maintained a tight focus on workplace safety throughout all procedures. Combined with activities including Workplace Safety Month, Reviews of Spring Safety Inspections, stable power supply guarantee during critical periods, and equipment hazard investigations and control, the Company carried out analyses of unit operation status, on-field defects identification, elimination and cause analyses to prevent the occurrence of repeated risks and enhance stable operation capability of equipment, ensuring that unit loads maintain stable at full-capacity operation condition. By carrying out internal safety skills training, organizing typical case studies, and launching activities including the “Spark Lecture” and skills competitions, the Company strengthened internal management and steadily enhanced employees’ safety awareness and technical skills, cultivating a favorable atmosphere for all employees’ participation in solving power generation problems, thus laying a solid foundation for achieving the annual power generation targets.
