As of November 20, Baoshen Railway Group’s annual freight volume reached 280.946 million tonnes, marking a year-on-year increase of 3.9198 million tonnes, up 1.4%, and underscoring the Company’s robust contribution to stable energy supply.
In response to dynamic market conditions since the beginning of 2024, Baoshen Railway Group has implemented flexible transportation strategies. Focusing on integrated and efficient transportation, the Company continuously optimized transportation organization, maintained real-time tracking of operational plans, monitored coal supply dynamics, and coordinated loading schedules to ensure seamless connectivity between freight sources and trains. Train tracks of dedicated lines were efficiently utilized, and “1+1” 10,000-tonne trains were arranged to maximize line capacity and locomotive utilization rates. Efforts have been made to enhance safety oversight and loading organization on dedicated lines to streamline loading processes, with meticulous monitoring of dust suppression and anti-freezing agent applications to maintain high loading quality and efficiency. The Company stuck to recording informative loading data, and enhancing transportation efficiency through scientific analysis. Baoshen Railway Group has prioritized workplace safety, employing advanced video surveillance and onboard recorders to strengthen monitoring of critical operation links. Issues identified have been promptly addressed to ensure safe, standardized, and efficient transportation processes, laying a solid foundation for securing stable energy supplies during the winter peak demand.
