As of October 16, Shuohuang Railway’s Huanghua Port Station has unloaded a total of 40,089 trains for the year, surpassing the milestone of 40,000 trains. This marks an increase of 1,431 trains or a 3.7% growth year-on-year, continuing to empower stable energy supplies.
Since the beginning of 2024, Huanghua Port Station has precisely managed its transportation tasks, leveraging its scheduled operation management model and bridgehead location advantages to ensure the completion of coal reception and unloading tasks with multiple strategies. Focusing on transportation targets fulfillment and equipment quality improvement, the station implements the working mechanism featuring “annual assurance, monthly guidance, weekly adjustments, and daily tracking” to strengthen the analysis of transportation organization and efficiency indicator, boosting the plan fulfillment rate. Designated staff monitor each shift’s pre-dumping alignment and post-dumping marshalling operations, identify bottlenecks, and develop targeted optimization measures to streamline the entire unloading process. The station also enhances communication and coordination with relevant units involved in transportation organization, keeping track of key production information including vehicle flow, vehicle types, coal types, and unloading schedules, adjusting plans to ensure continuous and efficient unloading. Maintenance and repair schedules are planned to take advantage of station control gaps, maximizing the coordination between railway construction and the port’s vehicle dumper maintenance, thereby minimizing the impact on unloading operations. In addition, Huanghua Port Station prioritizes safety, enforcing safety responsibilities at all levels to ensure the smooth and secure transportation of energy resources.
