Shuohuang Railway Won Top Prize at the First Saisheng Cup Digital Intelligence Competition

On July 6, the final of the first Saisheng Cup Digital Intelligence Competition (Rail Transport Industry) concluded in Beijing, with the Shuohuang Railway’s project, Integrated Operation and Service Platform Research Based on Railway Transport Data, winning the Top Prize. This achievement significantly enhanced the Company’s brand image and industry influence.

The project, Integrated Operation and Service Platform Research Based on Railway Transport Data, pioneers a new model for utilizing heavy-haul transportation data. It aims to provide comprehensive service for transportation, safety, and production, achieving a panoramic view of operations. The project delves into innovations in concepts, services, models, applications, and platforms, and establishes an all-encompassing display and control capability for trains, locomotives, freight, construction, and stations. It is conducive to fully leveraging CHN Energy’s integrated operation advantages, reducing consumption across coal production, transportation, and sales, driving efficient operation through refined planning management, and enhancing equipment utilization efficiency.

The Saisheng Cup Digital Intelligence Competition was hosted by the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce and organized by the China Industrial Control Systems Cyber Emergency Response Team(CICS-CERT) and the Planning and Standard Research Institute of the National Railway Administration of the People’s Republic of China, aiming to chart a high-quality development path for the national rail transport industry, foster a driving force for the value growth of enterprises in the industrial regions, and pioneer a way to enhance the endogenous capacity of enterprises, thus comprehensively promoting the integration of digital intelligence and innovative applications in the rail transport industry. The competition attracted 96 units, including rail transport enterprises, universities, and research institutions, with nearly 200 projects. After rigorous evaluation by academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and experts from research institutions, a total of 65 projects were awarded.
