Recently, the Shenwei branch of China Energy Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. received the ISO/TS22163 Bronze Medal Certificate issued by the?International Railway Industry Standard (IRIS) Management Centre, becoming the world’s first railway mechanized maintenance company to win this honor.
The ISO/TS22163 is the most recognized quality management standard system in the global rail transport industry. IRIS certification is an evaluation of relevant enterprises’ quality management performances based on the ISO/TS22163 system, and divided into three grades: golden medal, silver medal and bronze medal. Obtaining IRIS certification marked a full recognition of the Shenwei branch’s achievements in the construction of quality management system, suggesting that its quality management system has reached an internationally advanced level. As a result, the company’s competitiveness and influence in the global rail sector will be further enhanced.
