Recently, the first 5,000-meter liquid supply pipeline system of Shendong Coal under China Energy was completed at the No. 31117 long wall working face of Jinjie Coal Mine.
This long-distance liquid supply pipeline system can achieve centralized, fixed deployment of liquid system equipment one time. According to the deployment of working faces, it can achieve remote, centralized liquid supply for several working faces. Besides, it can facilitate centralized management and daily maintenance of equipment, reduce equipment transport numbers, and save refitting costs, laying a solid foundation for overall utilization of long-distance liquid supply pipeline systems throughout the company.
The No. 31117 long wall working face of Jinjie Coal Mine is the first of its kind to apply the 5,000-meter liquid supply pipeline system since the successful application of the 2,400-meter liquid supply pipeline system. The liquid supply pipeline adopts multi-grooved connection technology and features high yield strength, high pressure resistance and high impact resistance.
