The tackling project of Intelligent Integrated Electrical Testing Workstation at the Equipment Maintenance Center of Shendong Coal was successfully implemented on January 4. It completely resolved multiple industry problems existing in traditional electrical testing, achieving dual improvement in safety and efficiency.
Based on multi-sensor data fusion for remote diagnosis and automatic intervention, the project adopted a highly integrated safety control strategy combining personnel authority, mechanical safety and electrical interlocking. The project realized three key innovations: First, it pioneered an unmanned testing mode, enabling remote operations through technologies including dual face recognition power supply and regional interlocking. Second, it broke through intelligent monitoring technologies, replacing manual operations with real-time monitoring of multiple types of parameters. Third, it built a standardized protection system, eliminating the risk of incorrect power input and reduced electromagnetic noise.
After the project was put into operation, it will completely eliminate major risks including electric shock to personnel. It can complete the testing and maintenance of about 700 sets of equipment every year, saving nearly 1.5 million yuan in costs on procurement and working hours. Meanwhile, it can effectively avoid mine shutdown losses caused by equipment failures.
