Zhunneng Group’s project R&D and Implementation of the Intelligent Management System for Explosive Factories — Intelligent Inspection System for Explosive Storage successfully passed acceptance inspection on December 31. This scientific and technological achievement was appraised by the China National Coal Association as reaching the international advanced level. This marked that the storage safety management and control of China’s civil explosive industry has stepped into a new stage of intelligence.
The project addressed the 24-hour round-the-clock security needs of finished product warehouses in explosive factories. It solved the pain points of the traditional “human + canine + technical prevention” mode, including intermittent inspections and limited coverage areas. It built a tripartite intelligent inspection system of “air + ground + remote control”, and realized the leapfrog upgrade of explosive storage inspection from “manual guarding” to “unmanned intelligence”.
After the system is put into use, it will greatly reduce the time and cost of manual inspection. It will improve emergency response efficiency through intelligent means, building a solid safety line for high-risk places including explosive storage. Its technical achievements boast strong versatility. They can be widely promoted in coal mining and chemical engineering, providing replicable and referenceable intelligent solutions for safe production in high-risk industries.
