Recently, Shendong Coal’s self-developed intelligent investment management and control platform for coal mining equipment is now in operation. Leveraging advanced data integration and analysis technologies, the platform constructs detailed “digital profiles” for coal mining equipment.
This innovative approach enables the platform to comprehensively support intelligent decision-making throughout the entire lifecycle of coal mining equipment, from procurement, operation, maintenance and eventual decommissioning. With scientific models, the platform intelligently formulates supporting plans, provides recommendations for model selection and procurement, and optimizes maintenance and disposal strategies. Furthermore, it delivers precise advice on major overhauls or decommissioning, while incorporating fault prediction capabilities. This not only effectively enhances the efficiency of equipment asset investments and reduces management costs, but also significantly advances the intelligent upgrading of equipment management in the coal industry.
Over the past three years, the project team has integrated the Company’s production, equipment and material data, while reserving interfaces for online monitoring data. On this basis, it has built a comprehensive data management system covering the entire lifecycle of coal mining machinery, achieving full-process digital management from procurement and operation to decommissioning.
