Recently, Xinjie Energy’s project “Research on Key Technology and Path for High-Quality Development of Xinjie Taigemiao Mining Area” was completed and recognized as setting a leading benchmark on the international stage by the China National Coal Association (CNCA).
This project innovatively constructed “an eight-shaft layout with a primary and two auxiliary shafts” of the Taigemiao Mine Cluster and the green industrial integration path characterized by “one axis, three belts, six zones”, providing comprehensive full-cycle solutions for zero-carbon mining areas. It pioneered the “three-dimensional water resource protection” concept, and established a hydrological monitoring system and an integrated water conservation technology featuring “aquifer upgrade-filling-water storage”, covering the entire water cycle chain. The project also proposed a coal-gas “three-dimensional development and scientific layout” collaborative scheme, enhancing resource integration and safety management, and improving multi-resource synergistic development efficiency. In addition, a new intelligent planning blueprint and construction path for integrated mining areas were developed, alongside a BIM-based system for full lifecycle planning, construction, and management, forming an intelligent and technological system for full-lifecycle mining area management.
The achievements of the project have been applied and have made significant progress in the construction of Xinjie Taigemiao Mining Area, providing Xinjie solutions for realizing green development, intelligent upgrading and synergistic utilization of resources in the integrated mining area of the industry, and exploring the establishment of a high-quality development path for the coal industry.
