On November 18, the intelligent diagnosis system for thermal power plant equipment, jointly developed by Digital Intelligence and CHN Energy Heilongjiang Power Co., Ltd., successfully passed acceptance.
Through 8-month joint efforts, the R&D team of the technology project launched an intelligent diagnosis system for thermal power plant equipment integrated with augmented reality (AR). This system combines remote collaboration, standardized operational training, localized knowledge base, and AR smart wearable devices to achieve precise remote fault diagnosis of power plant equipment, real-time access to an online knowledge base, and seamless human-machine interaction through intelligent voice commands, thus enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of fault diagnosis.
The successful implementation of this project has improved the intelligent diagnosis and monitoring capabilities for equipment in thermal power plants, and made equipment operations more intelligent, scientific, and precise, providing strong support for the safe and stable operation of power plants. The project has contributed to the achievements of an invention patent, a software copyright, and the publication of a research paper in a core journal of China.
