Recently, Digital Intelligence has officially released CHN Energy’s first self-developed project management system (Phase I) for the chemical industry and the system has been put into trial operation.
The system is built upon the project construction management concept of “Four Controls, Two Managements, and One Coordination”, establishing a hierarchical digital platform architecture for collaborative management of engineering project groups across CHN Energy and project agencies, enabling efficient coordination, streamlined and standardized management of extensive projects, and fully supporting CHN Energy’s intelligent analysis and decision-making capabilities of engineering projects. In addition, the system integrates advanced technologies including intelligent early warnings and AI-powered video monitoring into engineering project management, further enhancing on-site construction quality, and management of safety, personnel and equipment. During Phase I construction, 12 functional modules were developed, and the trial run received positive feedback from CHN Energy and other subsidiaries including Baotou Chemical.
With its official launch, the system is expected to improve the efficiency and quality of engineering project management in the chemical industry within CHN Energy and advance the transition of CHN Energy’s project management to a more intelligent, lean, and standardized management model, playing a significant role in the high-quality and sustainable development of the chemical industry.
