Recently, two achievements of Shengli Energy Storage and Transportation Center, namely the “Intelligent Research and Application Project of Automatic and Rapid Quantitative Loading Station” and the “Key Technology Research and Application of Unmanned Crushing Station”, were honored with the second prize and third prize of the Science and Technology Award by the ZHONGGUANCUN Green Mine Industry Alliance.
The Center has been committed to addressing practical on-site issues, facilitating comprehensive skill enhancement for its staff, and supporting innovative development for the enterprise. Through the intelligent transformation of loading stations, the Center has established a whole-process automatic loading station. Building upon the retention and optimization of existing manual centralized control and manual loading functions for two loading stations, the intelligent transformation of the loading system involves centralized control systems, control systems, hydraulic systems, detection systems, and applies technologies such as centralized control and equipment automation to associated facilities, enabling the automatic operation of various equipment from the coal feeder below the silo and belt conveyor to the loading station. Through the intelligent upgrading of crushing stations, an fully automatic unmanned crushing station is built by utilizing technologies such as centralized control and equipment automation to achieving one-click start/stop control for the crushing station. In addition, the upgrading enables automatic switching of unloading platform indicator lights based on the material situation in the feeding hopper. Moreover, the system is able to provide references for starting/stopping the plate-type feeder based on the material situation inside the crushing chamber, and automatically breaks down large pieces of coal with a hydraulic mechanical arm after identification.
