Recently, under the guidance of National Center of Technology Innovation for Blockchain, the 3rd ChainMaker Ecosystem Annual Conference, jointly hosted by ChainMaker Open Source Community and ChainMaker Ecosystem Alliance, met with a great success in Beijing. Applied by Digital Inteltech, the “Coal Quality Testing Smart Laboratory” was awarded the “2023 Excellent Application Case of ChainMaker” in recognition of its excellent service capability and innovative operation mode.
Against the problems regarding manual testing, the “Coal Quality Testing Smart Laboratory” represents a “cloud + edge” collaborative coal quality testing unmanned laboratory product developed by Digital Inteltech, based on emerging technologies such as domestic blockchain “ChainMaker” and the Internet of Things. It is aimed to achieve unmanned operation throughout the industrial chain of sampling, preparation transportation, storage and chemical processing, as well as the “isolation between man and coal sample and isolation between man and data”. Moreover, it uploads the data in the whole process of sampling, preparation and chemical processing, achieves safe sharing and reliable traceability of the data in the upstream and downstream of industrial chain, advances integration and synergy of the coal supply chain, and underpins the digital transformation of coal transaction. It is reported that a Coal Quality Testing Smart Laboratory based on this product has been completed and put into operation in Zhuhai Port Company, effectively boosting port coal sampling, preparation and chemical processing to change from the conventional manual mode to the innovative mode featuring unmanned, intelligent and trusted operation, and strongly supporting the port to improve production efficiency and achieve green, low-carbon and intelligent development. In addition, Digital Inteltech has led the compilation of the association standard – General Technical Standard For Unmanned Coal Testing Laboratory, which has been released for implementation across the country.
