Recently, the 220-tonne truck real-time monitoring, analysis and precaution system developed by the equipment maintenance and repair center of Shengli Energy, a subsidiary of China Energy, was officially put into use, providing robust technical support for mining truck full-process management covering daily monitoring, operation, maintenance and repair.

The system can collect real-time operational data of trucks’ hydraulic systems, chassis and body systems, electric control systems, and engine systems. By integrating the current tire monitoring system, main frame crack monitoring system and truck brake temperature control and monitoring system, it can realize coordinated operation with the existing CMES digital mining operating system and ERP system. With the help of 4G/5G networks, the system can achieve remote data transmission for operators to check real-time data and fault alerting information of relevant equipment, and integrate and interact with various other systems to automatically push warnings. It also has functions such as intelligent reminder and data computing and analysis, capable of achieving predictable equipment maintenance. Moreover, when an equipment failure occurs, it can figure out the repair points based on interconnected data computing of the operation conditions of relevant components, thus further increasing the efficiency of mining truck overhaul.

After being put into use, the system has realized real-time data collection, monitoring and analysis of 220-tonne mining trucks, providing solid data support for predictable equipment maintenance.
