Recently, the No. 31309 intelligent working face of Shendong Coal’s Shigetai Mine completed installation and debugging. An advanced intelligent working face built in accordance with high standards, high quality and high efficiency, it adopts the comprehensive mechanized intelligent mining system to realize functions such as automatic coal cutting, automatic bracket pushing and shifting, remote start of shearers, scraper conveyors, hydraulic supports and pumping station, and working face intelligent AI panoramic video system.
It is reported that the overall automation rate of the working face increased from 43.77% to 84.41%, the human intervention rate of hydraulic supports decreased from 73.9% to 33.5%, and the human intervention rate of shearers decreased from 33% to 5.05%. As a result, the number of working face operators was reduced from nine to six. In addition, the data of pumping stations, shearers, scraper conveyors, hydraulic supports, mobile transformer substations, and other equipment are also directly connected to the switch board through the network, realizing the large-scale networking of working surface equipment and facilitating intelligent, efficient production and operation.
