As of March 31, Shendong Coal had produced 48.91 million tonnes of coal this year, exceeding the balanced target by 2.8 million tonnes and increasing by 1.49 million tonnes compared to the same period of last year. The company is sparing no efforts to guarantee coal supply, and has achieved a good start in the first quarter of 2023.
In the first quarter of this year, the company realized coordination and complementarity between self-production and external purchase in the principle of high-efficiency collaboration and phased complementarity. By increasing both internal production and external purchase, Shendong Coal took heavy responsibilities to ensure efficient, smooth operation of the supply chain. Taking into consideration all factors and links of China Energy such as safety, production, alignment, overhauling, storage, window periods, empty return trips, and sales, the company coordinated all mines, coal washing plants, and marketing centers in an efficient way through rational organization, flexible adjustment, and upper-lower interaction, achieving precise external transportation and effective cashing and advancing the proceeding of all production tasks.
