Up to October 23rd, the China Energy Railroad Equipment Company’s wagons had carried the annual total capacity of 284,325,000 tons at an average daily transportation load of 11,123,448 tons in the fixed grouping rate of 98.55% or more, providing sufficient transportation capacity for the safe and orderly energy supply.
So far this year, Railroad Equipment Company has continuously strengthened the dispatching organization management with the smart dispatching system, optimized the organization of transportation capacity, brought into play the serialized train detaining, and intensified the control mode of "daily monitoring and control, weekly plan and monthly inventory". In this way, it has continuously maintained a high level of the fixed grouping rate of railroad own-trains with an objective of guaranteeing the transportation organization of Xinjiang coal entering Huanghua Port. In addition, it can carry out the dynamic monitoring of system platform for own-trains, grasp the transportation dynamics of own-trains in real time, and effectively monitor the distribution status and quantity information of own-trains in each loading station, grouping station, running section, train section as well as distributing state and quantity of own-trains in the station during the operation of own-trains. Therefore, it can carry out statistics and analyze the status time of trains in use, reservation, detaining and repair, operation and unloading through ring and year-on-year comparisons, improving the overall management level of own-trains for information sharing.
With the advantages of intelligent operation and maintenance "repair according to condition" and smart dispatching system of the heavy haul railway trucks in terms of intelligent diagnosis during the maintenance operation, the company keeps on strengthening the safety production management to focus on the standardized operation and the utilization rate of time reserved for construction and maintenance, while improving the maintenance efficiency of rolling stock and the quality of track mechanized maintenance continuously. To address the energy supply demand to tide over the peak-load during winter period, the company continues to strengthen the integrated management, business communication, resource allocation and service guarantee, providing support for shortening the time of the mid-stop, improving mechanical and transportation capacity, and the safe channels of energy transportation.
