On October 11, China Energy Huanghua Port accomplished a shipment up to 841920 tons, overtaking the previous single-day shipment output record by 11132 tons.
Taking the favorable opportunity of improving resources in Q4, Huanghua Port fulfilled more unloading and faster loading to effectively keep the integrated transportation chain smooth for the Group. Following the safety management requirement of "non-differentiation and integration", the company energized the management on outsourced contractors, and conducted daily on-site special inspections and problem rectifications, bringing the port safety situation under stable control. The company actively connected with brother units from the upstream and downstream, including Shuohuang Railway, Shipping Company and Coal Sales Company, to establish a joint construction and linkage mechanism and maximize regional collaboration efficiencies, achieving a year-on-year increase of 5.7% in unloading and 4.2% in loading. In addition to the close contact with the Maritime Bureau, the "2+4" joint mechanism of supply assurance was implemented conscientiously, with hourly communication and coordination in bad weather. An effective balance between navigational safety and port production was established, shortening the stopping time of ships in port by 3.9% year-on-year. CD2 car dumper body replacement project is vigorously promoted with each maintenance node steadily advanced. By the end of October, the construction will be completed, providing strong equipment support for energy supply in winter. The company actively connects with the issues on Xinjiang coal output and Mongolian coal input, and formulates special loading and unloading schemes in a targeted manner based on the characteristics of the newly arrived coal. In this way, it successfully completes the first train to load and unload Xinjiang coal and Mongolian coal, laying a solid foundation for the further expansion of port business.
